Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott, born June 16 1987, is an American actress and comedian. She was an Saturday Night Live cast member from 2008 to 2012. Since then she has starred in the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out as well as the NBC sitcom Indebted. The actress is daughter of of actor and comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City, the oldest of two children. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert a talent coordinator and comedian/actress Chris Elliott. Her father was Bob Elliott, a radio comedian. Their younger sister and actress Bridey Elliott was born in Wilton. She was a student at Immaculate High School Danbury where she performed in musicals and school plays. After graduating Immaculate High School in 2005 she went to Marymount Manhattan College in New York City However, she dropped out during the first year of her studies. Elliott also dated Fred Armisen in the year 2010. Their relationship ended in September of 2011. Elliott was married to Bill Kennedy, a TV writer, on September 3rd, 2016. They have a daughter, Edith Pepper Kennedy. Elliott took comedy classes at The Groundlings and eventually began doing training and appearing in various sketch comedy shows held at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) in Los Angeles.
