Jimmy Donaldson was born May 7, 1998. He is better known as MrBeast. He is known for inventing YouTube videos that include costly stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson posted his first videos on YouTube at the age of 13 under the pseudonym "MrBeast6000". His first content consisted of Let's Plays and video that analyzed the wealth of other YouTubers. The channel went viral in the year 2017 after his "counting to 100,000" video received millions of views in just a few days. He has become increasingly popular since then, with many of his videos receiving hundreds of millions of views.Over time the style of his content has changed to include challenge and donation videos that pay thousands of dollars, video involving difficult tasks or survival challenges as well as original video vlogs. Donaldson recruited several old friends to assist him in managing the growing popularity of the brand after it was created. MrBeast is Donaldson's main YouTube channel. The channel reached 100 million users on July 28, 2022.
